This valve seems to be a serious one but can’t comment yet on full functionality since the remodel is still going on. Wayfair should review timelines for submitting reviews and increase to 6-12 months the timeframe so that customers can give more informed view on the product. The installer had no issues in plugging everything in, i have used it with copper lines, the stops are really useful to test everything and the preliminary tests were working all good. Picture set I ordered was neutral light gray and white with the walnut frames, ocean photo was just as pictured. Frames were more of a cognac brown shade, but that matched my office chair nicely. Awesome hanging supplies included, although you have to be comfortable with do it yourself, I had to use a drill to attach the hangers to the back of the frames before hanging them on the wall. I purchased this same item 5 years ago for a rental cabin and am purchasing it again for me next one. I didn't want to pay a lot for it, but also wanted it to look good and last, so chose this due to the good reviews. When I had the first one installed the plumber said he had never heard of the brand but was surprised at how good it was. The original brushed chrome still looks beautiful.
