Actual palms are notoriously difficult to keep alive. I went through 2 of them before finally deciding to go artificial—one of the best decisions regarding houseplants, especially here in Seattle where there’s limited sunlight a lot of the year. Nice palm for the price compared to at local stores. This model is the second tallest. Roof is about 95" tall. I added a base and filled with paper and rocks to keep it stable. This set of 2 phoenix palm trees is absolutely beautiful. I ordered the 84” x 65” trees. The leaves are good quality and the husk at the base of the fronds connecting to the trunk looks very realistic. The trunk itself looks like plastic somewhat but you cannot tell from a distance.
