The smooth rolling casters make moving it around a breeze, and I can really see this tool cart being super useful for our home projects. Overall, it’s a nice addition to our workspace. The one downside I encountered was the assembly. The instructions weren’t the best, and it took me a while to put it all together. I purchased this island to use in my craft room. Like all RTA furniture, it was a process to put together-this is shipped as a flat box shipment; nothing is pre-assembled. My husband and I worked together and completed it in about two hours. Overall, we had little issue; the instructions were clear (enough) and everything was marked as it should be. The quality is as it should be for the price point. The reason for a 4-star rating is I have not really started using it but it appears it is going to serve the purpose for which I intended…more counter space, room for my granddaughters to join me in craft-making, and not overly big.. Purchased this in black. Arrived with great packaging. No scratches or dents. Not super thick or heavy metal but will work for my home office. I was not able to add the casters as the wheels added height and it would not fit under my desk. So there is about an inch or inch and a half gap between the top of the file cabinet and my desk. The only complaint I have is the top drawer does not pull out all the way. There are several inches of space at the back of the drawer that can't been seen. Seems like wasted space.
