Setup wasnt too bad, but I did miss one thing and had to undo and redo a part (the two sides of one part are not symmetrical so you have to make sure you assemble with the same length sides on the same side). This table is cute. However, when I unboxed it, it already had a scratch across the top. The other issue was even though its all screwed in all the way the hydraulics seem to have issues. When opening you have to pull relatively hard as well as be careful when you close it because it drops hard. The hydraulic is also very wobbly and i cant figure out why. Overall, I'm Ok with this coffee table and think it's a good value for the price. It took about three hours to assemble, and it's definitely a two-person job. The instructions were straightforward for the most part, but there were a few steps that could have been explained more clearly. My biggest complaint is the tabletop design. The seam where the lift-top opens is much more visible in person than it appears in the product photos, so I wish the listing had shown that more clearly. It doesn't affect the functionality, but it does take away from the overall appearance a bit. Despite that, the table is sturdy, functional, and looks nice overall. This is a great table. The color is very neutral so it goes with mostly anything. The lift top Is nice when you’re working or eating. The inside storage is great too.
