On a whole, I like this panel. It ws very easy to assemble, and I love the look of the wood and the black metal together. My biggest issue was the fact that they sent an incorrect piece instead of one of the spacers, and it would have been way to much trouble to get them to replace it, so I had to make due on my own. The unit cover is made of thick double-layer fabric. The outer layer is made of thick oxford fabric which can be dust-proof and sun-proof. And waterproof undercoating on the inner layer. It will be better to protect the outer casing of the air conditioner, prevent the shell from rusting, effectively extend the life of the host by 20%.
