This is a nice stable base that was well packaged (so much better than Build) and I’m happy with how well the dual flush tank works. No issues with needing to flush again or unclog anything. I’m also pleasantly surprised that the shape doesn’t seem to encourage ‘streaking’. It may be that the water level is high enough inside the bowl or it could be that it’s new and clean...? The base rests on the outside edges AND some interior supports, so our not level floor would not let the base sit flush on the floor. Some plastic shims in the back resolved the issue.. Anonymous. (Not a bad thing, you wouldn't want a lift chair raising you up on your feet too quickly, causing you to loose your balance.) The faux leather fabric has a nice rich feel and actually feels like leather. I assembled the chair myself after delivery. Very simple to do. No tools required. Good directions. Only negative was that the chair was supposed to be delivered by FedEx, but Fedex passed it off to a 3rd party company (probably because of the Christmas surge in deliveries). Had I of not been outside and heard a truck's back-up alarm, the 3rd party deliverymen were about to drop the chair at the street, 200 yds from our house.
