White glove delivery was very poor. Delivery guys were in such a hurry they left a pillow on another piece of furniture. They left so fast I couldnt get some questions answered and I needed a recliner moved a little bit. Actually they were awful. The remote cord is too short. I am disabled so I cant get under the chair to see if there is a snap tie which can be loosened to give the remote enough room to work comfortably.
