OK, first of all let me just say we did have an issue with shipping. The first one arrived and it had a blemish on the top. It had been hit at some point during delivery, so we contacted Wayfair and they were more than happy to send us another table. So we returned that table and another table arrived about five days later and everything was great with it so Wayfair itself is great. FedEx probably needs to be a little more careful. I have a very small space and needed a smaller circular table. This one seems to be the perfect size, however I had not considered the style of chair impacting the footprint. I solved the issue by turning the chairs to push in snug when not having company but then having them face straight in when company comes, dramatically increasing the necessary floor space. Installation was a a breeze with my drill, HOWEVER be careful not to drive them in to deep when connecting the table top or you will go right through! Beautiful dining table for a small space! For the price, this table far exceeded my expectations. It is solid wood and high quality with a lovely, smooth finish. Mine arrived well-packaged and with no imperfections. I got the linen white and it is very creamy - moreso than just off-white.
