Ordered Friday, arrived Monday - VERY fast service. Shower pan was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Design is exactly as we expected and reinforcement on the underside is significantly better than the shower pans from the big box stores that I looked at. Support is very dense so floor should be very solid. I am very happy with this for our new bathroom installation in our basement. This is a beautiful door, just the right size and we love the look and functionality. It was just installed this week and it's truly beautiful. It didn't come with the rubber sweep at the bottom and the two full length rubber seals that should go on each side. It was disappointing that they weren't in the box and when I contacted Wayfair they said I would have to go directly to the manufacturer and ask them for the missing pieces. I can only review this on look and packaging at this time because I haven't been able to install it yet. But it came nicely packaged and it looks like it has everything I need to install it. I got it because I have a smaller shower and it was the only one I could find that would fit. Which from the look of it, it will. It is a really nice, sturdy door, and it pivots instead of slides.
