Best pan, bought to get away from non stick dangerous chemicals, only caveat is you need to heat the pan for about 3 minutes first so food won’t stick, however it gives time to chop food or bring out your ingredients. I've looked for a sautee pan for a very long time. They're more common in Middle Eastern cooking and I just couldn't find the right stuff. While this braiser pan isn't officially a satuee pan, it does the work beautifully. The food comes out cooked evenly and I can use my metal utensils with no fear.
