Brushed satin finish tend to hide water spots, scratches and helps resist corrosion and rust. The drain on this model is close to the wall of the sink and it comes with basket strainer and drain cover to help protect from blockage and other items falling into the drain. The bottom of the sinks are adopted scientific X-shaped diversion design which make it fastly, effectively drain off water and keep it cleaning and drying. It also comes with a protective stainless steel bottom grid to safeguard the surface of your sink. The outer side of the sink's bottom is not only covered with sound dampening pads (asphalt), but also sprayed with damp-proof paint coating to achieve the effect of noise reduction and moisture absorption, making the sink quieter to use and reducing condensation at the bottom of the sink.

My first worry was will it arrive in one piece. The packaging of the sink was thick foam, fully cushioning it, protecting from bumps and knocks which occur in the normal delivery process. Fits perfectly in the space, no problems occurred in the install. Purchased an older home, gutted the kitchen, thought I’d save some money on an apron front, double sink. The double sink was lighter in weight constructed of thinner material. Had it for 2 years when it was damaged when a 3 qt cast iron Dutch oven pot bumped the bottom of the sink creating a hole. My handiman, said it should have chipped but not have caused a hole in it. The cost of the old one was roughly 250, you get what you pay for. The new sink has been cast from a heavier thicker material. First impression is ‘that sink is HUGE!’ It is 37” across, hard to find a drop in of this size. I love, love, love the sink. Originally we had a cast-iron sink that the finish was worn off of. We tried cleaning it, but this did not help even bleach did not take the stains off of the material. So we decided to put in a new sink unfortunately the sink was very large 42 to 43 inches wide so we are limited on what we could put in there. We found the sink on Wayfair. It was 42 inches wide by 22 inches. We decided to try it when the sink arrived. We looked at it and thought “oh no it’s not gonna fit” but when the plumber came, he was able to get it in and it perfectly fits. This is one of the best upgrades that we’ve done in our house. We’ve had it in for about six months and there are not any scratches or anything like that on it. The cutting board stores easily near the sink. It’s easy to clean and maintain and our whole family loves the upgraded look of the kitchen since putting in the new sink and faucet.
