Bought this several months ago. Although I sent the link with specs and installation instructions to the builder's subcontractor, he installed the grill on wood supports which is combustible. Of course, the builder blamed us for not buying via his subcontractor (which would have been much more expensive). After the subcontractor made a steel box with cement board to address the combustion issue, we discover he didn't allow room to pull the grease pans out. Really sturdy shower base. I would buy again. I thought the pressure-fit drain would be handy, but my plumber refused to use it because he said they can cause problems. So that wasn't much of a value. But overall a great product. Just make sure to specify where you want the drain. When they asked, I said it didn't really matter, because I was plumbing a new drain to it. But I said, "Well, just put it in the center." But maybe because I hadn't specified that on the order, they sent the drain in the rear center, as shown. And it barely worked, because there was a joist super close! Overalls this is a nice griddle. Well packed, but the lid did have a couple of very minor dents- not enough I’m worried about it. Assembly was what I expected. Took about an hour. Pretty solid frame overall. Lots of surface area to cook. I can’t imagine using the full surface. Seems as well made as other name brands. Only downside is burner setup *IF* you want to convert to natural gas. Side burner is connected to propane inlet, so no easy way to convert it.
