SUPER impressed with the quality! The directions were excellent and anticipate questions, concerns, and potential assembly mistakes. The parts are high quality and work well. We got the rolling base and it’s great as well. I was nervous about this company and I’m VERY glad we went for it. I immediately bought a traditional table umbrella as well. It’s well packed to the point that you destroy the packaging when opening it. Be careful that you don’t cut the umbrella! We were a nervous.. Amy. Lincolnshire, IL. Sun May 10 2026

With inbound summer weather promising a blazing sun and merciless heat on many cloudless days, one reaction might be to cancel all outdoor plans and stay indoors; however, the party can always go on with this exciting California Umbrella cantilever design! The spacious 11-foot octagonal offset canopy is supported by eight aluminum ribs that are conveniently cranked open to provide a wide shaded space. As the sun moves higher in the sky, you can maintain your shade coverage by shifting the angle of the canopy to one of five preset positions using the vertical handle. This cantilever umbrella features a pedal at the base of its aluminum frame that enables you to rotate the umbrella 360 degrees, ensuring more coverage for your outdoor space. A sturdy cross base for the umbrella can either be bolted to the ground or weighted with pavers for stability from wind and weather. When the heat of summer has passed and shade is no longer needed, the canopy can be tied closed and the included protective cover pulled tight over it to defend it from fading and the elements. This umbrella also features Sunbrella fabrics, which are built on a foundation of solution-dyed acrylic yarn, the most resilient and solid material for prolonged sun exposure, to offer an even longer color retention rating than competing material sources. With this umbrella featured prominently in your backyard space, you will not need to worry about canceled summer get-togethers and parties, so order one today and invite some guests to enjoy summer’s outdoor beauty!

So happy with our recent purchase of these outdoor cantilever umbrellas! We bought 3 of them for our pool side and they are an immediate upgrade from our previous umbrellas. The poles are very sturdy, the fabric is stylish and thick, and the umbrellas measure 10 feet wide- providing ample shade from our strong Texas sun. Additionally, they glide up and down easily, are a breeze to open and can be positioned at different angles for the perfect amount of shade, any time of day. Did I mention they are rated for up to 30mph winds? But the best part is that they rotate 360 degrees by stepping on the foot pedal! No matter what time of day it is, you've got sun protection. These umbrellas are worth every dollar and I just can't say enough about them. We also purchased the optional 3 year insurance plan in case of incidentals. We ordered this umbrella to cover our patio living room table and chairs on our pool deck. This worked perfectly. Some tips for set up. Put the cross base together with the pole for the cantilever and put it in place. Then fill the weights with sand...about 75 lbs in each section of the base. Place the weights on your base, then fill each weight with water. Use a large gas funnel to fill the sand. And by the way...this umbrella goes up and down super easy and I am not super strong.. This is a monster! Great coverage of our ten seater dining table , love the 360 and the tilt mode. It took three adults to put it together it is massive and is a bit tricky , maybe finicky when opening it but once it is open it’s fantastic and provides excellent shade. Make note the base needs to have weight added to it I think the minimum is 660 lbs! We used landscape fabric and some rubber weight plates then covered with rocks and then black river rock . That definitely adds quite a bit to the expense.. Suzanne. Los Ángeles. Fri Jul 10 2026
