We purchased three oak cabinets to make a buffet. All came in perfect shape due to excellent packaging. Instructions are easy to follow pictures, but we found that putting hinges on panels 2 and 3, right from the start made it easier to put doors on at the end, since it’s hard to screw on when everything is put together. The trick at the end is to make sure the hinges are in closed position then place door holes over hinge, as if the door was completely closed. Then slowly open the door and the hinge will be in correct position to screw the remaining screws on door backside. Also double check that panel 5 is in correct position with locking mechanism near panel 4, otherwise you will have the holes of the mechanism on the top side of the shelf when finished and will have to use oak stickers to cover up the silver hardware. This dresser is exactly what I needed; it's just the right size and the design is very clean and fits right in with my turntable setup. The design is very clean and I love how the drawers are flush with the walls and the handles are very discreet. The delivery was very quick, and my package arrived safely after only 3 days from ordering. This was my first time ever buying and assembling a new piece of furniture, and I did it all solo, so putting everything together was definitely a challenge. Although it took much longer than it should have (having 2 people really helps if you’re considering building this on your own), but it was enjoyable. The materials used are somewhat questionable, but it seems to be holding up quite well so far. I didn’t have any alignment issues with the rails, but the cabinet door was a bit of an issue until I remembered the instructions show how to adjust it in the last page. I noticed the drawers weren’t moving smoothly at certain points, so I realized the screws that hold the rails on the dresser walls needed to be fully flush to avoid any sticking issues. After I tightened those screws, everything worked well. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase and I really enjoy walking in the room and seeing this new dresser.. Gabriel. Texas. This is a heavy SOLID piece, looks higher quality when assembled took me about 2.5 hours but I move slow. Assembly is not my favorite as I did it solo— it’s doable and you have to not rush and read the directions. I had worse assembly with Wayfair products. Shipment was fine but I needed a dolly to move into my garage due to the weight of the box. Opened it in the garage and move the individual pieces upstairs a few at a time. The drawers are smaller but meet my needs in a spare room. The review that have issues may not have completed all the steps and used all the screws. I’d buy this again if I needed a second one. I saw a lot of mixed reviews mentioning misaligned drawers and bad pre-drilled holes, but that wasnt my experience at all. While assembly was definitely time-consuming and tedious, it was pretty straightforward, and everything aligned perfectly for me. The kit does come with a Phillips head screwdriver, but like most pre-packed furniture tools, the handle isnt very comfortable. If you dont have a nicer screwdriver already, Id recommend getting one because your hand will hurt after driving so many screws. I used a cordless screwdriver, which made driving screws into the areas without pre-drilled holes a lot easier, though you could definitely manage without one. The color and dimensions are 100 accurate to the product description online. However, as other reviews have noted, the drawers are on the shallow side. More importantly, the drawer slides are set up so the drawers do not pull out all the way. There is a good 4 to 5 inches per drawer that stays inside the unit when fully opened. I think this is probably a safety feature to prevent tipping, and for my needs—storing clothing like sweatshirts and sweatpants—it really doesnt matter. That said, I would not recommend this unit if you want to store something like craft supplies, as reaching smaller items out of the back of the drawers would get annoying. The drawers do feel a little bit flimsy and loose when pulling them in and out, which is where its most obvious that this is a flat-pack piece of furniture. However, I was able to fit them together easily, they are perfectly aligned, and they stay on their tracks without any issues. Absolutely love this! Perfect for my bathroom. We got this in the dark blue, which looks close to a nice polo blue, and it's absolutely beautiful. It fits my bathroom perfectly! It arrived in three separate boxes (one for the cabinet, one for the doors, and one for the drawers), which means it's modular and can be put together in multiple different ways to fit your specific needs. Assembly was fairly easy too. ​The only minor thing I wish it had is feet to raise it off the ground a few inches. I needed it to sit over an air vent grate, so I ended up buying aftermarket feet to add to it, which worked perfectly to clear the vent. I also added door organizers for even more versatile storage. Generally great quality for the price. Easy to assemble but took a few hours. Stores a lot of things for the size. My only complaint is one of the preassembled sides is loose from one of the legs but there are no screws or anyway to tighten it up. I believe it was glued originally.
