Came keyed upside down. I am waiting on a quickset tool that will let me fix it but this is not something I should have to do. This is also not the first time this has happened with quickset locks. Update: I discovered I didn't need the tool after all. I googled how to do it and because it was the lever style the tool was unnecessary. Quality is very nice, though one came damaged. Biggest complaint is that I bought 9 of them and no locksmith could re-key them. So beware if you want the keys to match.
