I’ve owned the fridge for about 3 weeks and it is a solid upgrade. PROS: It looks great and elevates the look of the kitchen to gourmet. The water/filter quality is top tier and the auto sense fill feature saves time when filling up a glass or a measuring cup. And of course it chills and freezes nicely with features that boost the capability for special circumstances such as installation or recovering from a power outage. CONS. It’s missing a few “normal folks” features that I’ve enjoyed over the years and that I would expect for the cost. 1. It is massive and takes 4-6 people to deliver it; annotate that during delivery or they won’t send enough people to get it off the truck. Also, installation and haul away aren’t included. Be prepared to pay a few hundred extra. 2. The door isn't magnetized - so it won’t hold a magnet. 3. I love this fridge. It looks sleek and the middle drawer is super convenient. We use it for drinks not as vegetable drawer. The fridge is smaller but works fine for 2 people. This refrigerator is very stylish. We bought a counter depth.They are smaller but this one is very well appointed. The drawers slide so nice. Has a Deli drawer and a Butter keeper. Which most refrigerators no longer have. Helps to keep everything organized.The freezer has 2 drawers and really nice wire shelves on the door that bend out. We purchased this refrigerator in 2021 because we needed a specific size to fit inside our house. So far (2026) the refrigerator is working well. I appreciate that the shelves are easily adjustable and are easy to clean. The hidden door feature is probably my favorite part of the unit because it allows easy access to often-grabbed items like drinks and condiments. The ice maker and water option on the front is also great, and I like that I can set different temperature zones for the main fridge and for the drawer below it. The only two features that I find frustrating are the double icemaker. The Round ice balls in the freezer take up a lot of room that I would gladly have for storage instead. The ice balls are produced slowly and I feel pretentious offering them to guests. The other issue is that the shelves on the ice-maker side of the refrigerator door are so narrow that it's nearly impossible to house anything there.. Cabrown224. Mon Jun 22 2026
