Bought this several months ago. Although I sent the link with specs and installation instructions to the builder's subcontractor, he installed the grill on wood supports which is combustible. Of course, the builder blamed us for not buying via his subcontractor (which would have been much more expensive). After the subcontractor made a steel box with cement board to address the combustion issue, we discover he didn't allow room to pull the grease pans out. Really happy with this purchase. The grill gets hot quickly and has plenty of cooking space. I also like having the extra storage cabinets.
