Decently constructed, but not all stainless- there's plastic where they could get away with it. The glass seems like a good idea, but it gets dirty and doesn't clean well or easily. Glad that wasn't a deciding purchase factor. But the grates are good and after 4 years of frequent (2-4x per week) use, the burner shields are still holding up fine. I replaced my 20 year old grill with this Napoleon 700 series grill. The technology on this grill has come a long way compared to my old grill. Cooks great, doesn’t flare up like my old grill. It has an insulated hood that keeps a consistent temperature. I used the rotisserie for the first time this weekend and it worked great. I couldn’t believe how quiet it was. With the back infrared burner it cooked very evenly. The lights on the grill work great for cooking at night and they look pretty cool too. I got this 1 1/2 years ago. It is obvious this grill is built to last for the long term. I grill 3 - 4 times a week and this baby is going to endure. The magic of this grill is the heat retention.
