Really was easy to put together by myself . Probably even quicker with a helper . The hardest part was putting the last piece on and getting everything aligned and when I finally screwed everything in one of the rods on the top came through the other side of the wood . Beautiful piece; looks true to the picture in style and color. Knocked off 1 star because the backing was not flush, so we had to unscrew it and then wiggle it in again. However, once this was done, it was fine. Screws are provided to lock the middle shelf into place for extra stability, if preferred, or it can remain moveable like typical adjustable shelves.. Exactly what I needed. As others mentioned, a few holes werent drilled all the way through. Those holes appeared to have been drilled before it was dipped in the coating, and the coating covered them. We could push through the coating and access those holes. It was easy to put together.
