Inspired by our jaunts overseas where oil drums in varying stages of deterioration greeted us at every turn, we created our replicas of the discs carved from the tops (or bottoms) as edgy decorative elements. Though the patina we achieved a finish that may convince you that these are made of metal, the cast oil drum wall discs, which are packaged as 4 pieces, are made of composite that our artisans made to look jagged like real aging metal would. I ordered all 6 of the geometric “Perspective Standing/Hanging” pieces with the guy in them to fill a very large empty wall over a sofa. I love them!! Each is sized differently - so be sure to look at the measurements before you order any one or all. They are lightweight - so they’ll be easy to hang. I’ll be sure to add a photo when I do hang them, but for now I’ll include photos of them laid out on the floor in different scenarios I’m considering. It’s not too easy to see because of the tile they are on - but it’ll give you an idea. We loved the thin branches and how this particular root had a good amount of negative space, so as to not overbear a wall.
