Great shower head. I ordered the stainless steel and chrome. Stainless steel is noticeably nicer and not as much plastic. Chrome looks cheap so trying to exchange for stainless steel, but Wayfair is charging a return shipping fee which I’m not happy about especially since the stainless steel finish is more expensive.. I needed to replace an older In2ition and decided on this one. So very happy! I think it supplies better shower spray pressure overall and the ProClean Spray is a terrific addition. The flexible hose is so much more flexible. I do wish it was a bit longer (I'd gotten an extra long one on my old In2ition) as the longer length makes it easier for me to wash pets in the shower. Timeless design for today's homes.

This is a VERY HARD TO FIND, "Old School" shower faucet. First, it is 2.5 GPM which I want; second, the slide bar is affixed to the wall firmly; third, the shower head holder is not a flimsy one and it (the entire shower head holder slides along the bar and with a flick of one part of the holder, it becomes firmly held in place). This means that users can easily adjust the position for each person's preferred location for a fixed shower spray or as a handheld unit.
