Pretty straight forward and easy to install. My husband (who isn't too handy) was able to do it himself. It is very heavy so two people may be needed since it's 110lbs. The gold matches my daughter bathroom and it looks beautiful. The back is shorter than our last one but it's good since my four year old is able to teach the buttons by herself. I was skeptical to order these sight unseen. I ordered late on a Saturday night and they were delivered Monday morning. So fast! I was concerned about getting them into the house and put together. They were boxes well and my husband and I moved them into the room. They come in 2 pieces. The base and the back. The back easily slides into the base. Plug the back into the base and the base into the wall. Worked perfectly. I wasn’t sure that we really needed power recliners but these are awesome.
