Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. I’ve been waiting 10 years to get rid of my double sink! This one was a perfect fit to go into the existing hole where my old double sink lived. The installation directions were pretty nonexistent but common sense did the trick. It was pretty easy to install considering I am not a plumber or a contractor. I am very excited for this sink.
