Came very well packaged. Sink material is nice and thick has large insulation pad things what ever those spots are called to reduce noise. The only thing I was surprised about was how heavy the wooden chopping blocks are, including the one with a hole in it to accommodate the bowls. I also purchased the glass rinser , the depth of the sink is excellent as well as the cover for the hole and the strainer.
