Buena Ventura Pizza Oven is absolutely stunning. The cast stone facade is in a warm authentic Portuguese Sienna sandy brick tone which intensifies the appearance of its stacked stone. This oven is the most traditional shape like the Pizzaioli, but with a different cast stacked stone facade. It has a wider opening and the lower dome conducts heat directly to the oven floor, which makes it ideal for cooking authentic Italian pizzas (in just 90 seconds!). It can even cook two 12″ pizza pies at once! But our brick ovens aren’t just for pizzas! They can cook anything your conventional oven can… and they’ll taste even better. Each oven comes with a beautiful complimentary Portuguese ceramic baking dish. It’s perfect for roasting chicken, veggies, casseroles, desserts, bread, and more! Portugal and are triple-insulated, which means the outside of the oven is cool to the touch while the inside is blazing hot!
