We are used to cooking with stainless cookware and the only usable burner for cooking on lower heat is the simmer burner. The others are just too intense. The grates are really heavy duty. I LOVE this sink. I had purchased another sink from Wayfair for my kitchen remodel. However once the cabinets were installed I realized it was going to be wide front to back so I was on the search for a new one when I stumbled upon this beauty. Don’t let the 15” front to back fool you. This sink is incredibly roomy thanks to the generous length (33” side to side). I have since had a custom cutting board made for it.
