Instructions and assembly were easy and seems well made and sturdy. By myself it took me 1 hour for first one and 30 minutes for second one. Take your time and be familiar with each piece BEFORE assembling. Some pieces look alike, but there is subtle difference in length and design. A yes to this sink! Worth the price. My designer said it was "the best" and perfect for my modern, elevated kitchen. Get the workstation one. I literally leave the cutting board on. I love this door knob. I had Emtek before in another house and the quality is the best. At that time I had their melon door knob. This porcelain door knob feels good in your hand. Great customer service. I had a problem, the carpenter I hired to put in the door dropped the rosette and it broke. I called Wayfair and told them what happened. They contacted the manufacturer.
