I received 2 boxes for 4 chairs. One box was perfectly fine, the other was beat up. Missing 4 screws (2 I found in the bottom of the box, the other 2 I had to use the extras) and one of the foot rests was totally crooked. I don’t care enough/have the time to reach out to get a replacement, so just leaving as is. I definitely wouldn’t call this material “leather”. It’s more like a microfiber fabric. Hopefully it cleans well because that’s one of the reasons I specifically got these- We have 2 kids so leather is easy to clean… microfiber, not so much. I love the chairs, but I will admit that I have to get used to the fact that they do not automatically return to their original position when you stand up! However, the first set of chairs I received were obviously returned by a previous customer; they had been partially unwrapped with hardware removed and loose in the box, and there was a large dent in the back of one of the chairs. In addition, the stain on both seats was not applied correctly and visibly damaged.
