The bookshelf is wonderful. Very sturdy and it looks high quality. As you can see I am using for our tv and it’s deep enough where the hdmi cords have room to be plugged in horizontally into the back of the tv. One heads up though, the package is HEAVYYY so be ready to have someone help you carry it in. Other than that, once it was built (which the assembly was so easy) it wasn’t to hard to move around to where I wanted it. This is a really nice bookcase! It is gonna go really well in my office space. The directions were crystal clear and the whole piece was put together within an hour. The only negative of the entire experience is that there are many pilot holes missing when putting on the back of the bookcase. It was easily overcome, and I wouldn’t not purchase it for that reason. This solid wood bookcase is the perfect size for any space. At 32" high, it provides ample storage, but doesn't overpower. We use real wood and screws with plugs in our construction - not MDF, air nails, or Staples. Some minor assembly at home is required; instructions and hardware included. Overall dimensions of 36" W x 10" D x 32" H with three openings that allow for 33"W x 8.5"D x 9.25"H. We do not use highly processed wood, because of this, you can expect knots and minor imperfections that make each piece unique.

I only deed the 2 shelf bookcase. It was fairly easy to put together. The instructions were clear. I was able to put it together by myself in about an hour. It looks nice. The only thing I don’t like about it is that it is particle board with a sort of paper veneer, almost like Contac paper. I couldn’t have found a better shelf for the space I needed. We live in an old house that we are remodeling so needless to say our spaces are wonky. We have a space next to our safe and this shelf fits perfectly in width depth and height. My only complaint is that the backing was not aligned and I had to remove the tape that held it together to re-aligned it. It caused the piece to crack a little which is ok since this is hidden and for storage. Impressed with the hardware - all metal. And it comes with a magnetic screw driver!
