Well built and nicely packed. The tubing thickness on this one is the more robust commercial grade as noted. Cover piece is also comparatively solid vs typical sets and slides nicely. Very pleased. My rating is based on the packaging, not service. I saw the prior customer review regarding the packaging, but ordered anyway, since I've purchased from Wayfair for several years and never had to return an item, I thought it might have been a one time issue that occurred with that customer. They were correct. The vendor's packaging had no padding, and when the tiles arrived only 1 tile out of the 2 packages was unbroken. However, I had no issues with the return process.
