I’ve only had this mattress for a short time, but so far I’m pleasant. It’s not too soft and not too firm — the balance feels just right. Only on day 2 but it was easy to set up and it’s vacuumed twice so far. I’m pretty sure it’s pulling hair from the carpet that came from our dogs, and the last dog had been gone for two years! One of the best mattresses I’ve ever owned! It arrived quickly and well packaged. Once we opened up the wrapping, it expanded really quickly.
