It expanded quickly after opening and surprisingly had no odor at all, which I was honestly expecting with a boxed mattress. The medium feel seems pretty accurate. It’s comfortable without feeling overly soft, and I haven’t been waking up sore or stiff. One thing I did notice is it has a little more bounce than I expected from a hybrid mattress, so if you prefer an extra still memory foam feel, that’s something to keep in mind. It also looks really nice once set up and gives the bed a much more updated feel. One of the best mattresses I’ve ever owned! It arrived quickly and well packaged. Once we opened up the wrapping, it expanded really quickly. We gave it 24 hours to fully expand and that’s all it needed. There was no odor whatsoever. It’s nice and firm enough that we added a topper and it’s perfect! I highly recommend this mattress. Love this mattress! It is heavy! But there are 2 handles each, on each side of the mattress to make for an easy lift with another person! It is true to size in thickness! We had to get deep pocket sheets because our regular ones kept coming off. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because it is a little softer than I like. I wish it was a bit more firm.
