Arrived damaged on one corner and a small dent thru the veneer on the table top. Wayfair said the manufacturer would reach out in two business days but its so heavy I dont want to handle a return. I think Ill put a coat of lacquer on it to keep my kids from scratching it. For the price this is an excellent solid table. Fits great in my small space and two wider chairs still fit side by side on the length. Great price, great delivery, quick. Solid table, drawers are large and work smoothly. We have used this as our main eating space for 7 months. I love it. But: The finish is easily nicked and I use a dark brown sharpie to make repairs. Eventually I will need to sand the whole top and restain. And add a poly finish? There are also bubbles in the top but they don’t cause problems and are only visible from certain angles. 2 larger bubbles, 7 smaller ones. I didn’t notice them in the beginning. We don’t have any little kids, I’m not sure how long this table top would last with much abuse. Pictures try to highlight those nicks and bubbles. Now this is a BEAUTIFUL table and very easy to assemble. Nice size at 38” x 60” with straight (not curved) edges, and the corners are slight rounded which is safer if you have small children who might bump into them ………. it will still hurt, but hopefully not as much! The top is made from Alder which has natural knots/worm holes so be prepared for that. It’s not defective just the natural wood. It has a low sheen/matte lacquer finish which maintains the natural look. Very, very happy with it and it’s totally worth a few extra $$ for a real wood table!. Anonymous. Mon Nov 11 2024

Adore the product! Frustrated beyond belief with the directions which have nothing but pictures. Delivery was superb, and the product arrived and perfect condition. It is unfortunate that assembling the product was such a pain. The tables, two chairs, and bench worked perfectly in my small, hard-to-fit space.
