This range hood is high quality. I bought a cheaper version a few years ago for my old house. I liked it, but now that I have this I can see where the cheaper one was lacking. This range hood is thicker steel that wont dent as easily. The oil tray is steel, the baffle filters feel commercial grade, the large duct size really moves a lot of air. I am glad I spent the money. Its loud but quieter than the old one. Relatively quiet for the amount of air it moves. The instructions are good, mounting is easy and secure. It is absolutely beautiful, and comes with several sink features any at home chef would love. The sink is exceptionally smooth with no visible pores and has a wonderful stone finish. The craftsmanship on this product stands above many other commercial sinks I have looked at. We have not yet had a chance to install. Overall the cutting board looks of good quality and the scrap tray is perfect with its deep pocket holding capacity. The bottom rack looks to be made out of quality stainless steel and doesn’t rock back and forth. Hopefully it does not rust. I must say their portfolio of sinks and faucets stands out! Ordered this in a black finish. Arrived as promised. I also ordered a seat since one was not included. I was not aware that a wax ring and mounting bolts were also not included. Although the price was less than the competitors, having to buy the other items made the price more expensive than what other companies offered. Lesson learned make a true comparison before buying..
