I just love my new cooktop. The design makes it really easy to clean. In terms of performance, I noticed that cook times are a little bit shorter. The gas dial has a wide range, so I can go from very low to high flame. Also having an additional burner is great. I can have multiple meals going at the same time. I really like the placement of the burners and the additional griddle and wok ring. What I want to do now is get a replacement tri-ring burner. I first became acquainted with the Bertazzoni brand in 2010, while searching for a heavy duty commercial cooktop for my home. The 36 inches PROF366QBXT six burners captured my attention, it was rated then, as the 2nd most popular cooktop in the world among people earning $250,000.00 or more. Bertazzoni is an Italian brand. Among the top 10 cooktops in the world in 2010, none were American brands. After reading about the features especially, the powerful flame produced by each burner, in comparison to regular American brands, I made the purchase. It's been 15 years since my purchase. and it's still functioning, I use liquefied petroleum gas. In 2010 the shipping company had an accident with my stove, which is now creating a problem with a few burners.
