The cooktop burners are very fast and precise. As a bonus, I notice almost zero of the buzzing that I've gotten on other induction cooktops. The only negative I've encountered so far is that even using conduction, I find some pretty noticeable hot spots (or cold ones) when I roast something (I see this when I do cauliflower, for instance, and a part is getting to the nice roasty stage and the rest is still white and not quite there).. Product arrived pretty quickly and in perfect condition. Was exactly what I was expecting and will enhance my kitchen. Currently waiting for quartz countertop to be installed, so I cannot provide info about installation (needs to be professionally installed). The color is more of a gun metal, not black.
