I've seen this chair in person at a consignment shop and thought it would be perfect for my space. I did some research and found it brand new for much less here. I also found out the leather is not at all top grain, but a manufactured fake called "Alfredo Leather". For a top grain product, the cost would be way out of our range, think 4K, and I wasn't willing to pay those prices. I do like the feel of this pleather,and hope it doesn't flake over the years, but even if it does, it feels great, is exactly perfect for my small space, and I love the smooth gliding and swiveling in-between the cozy reclining. I LOVE this sink. It's beautifully crafted, the water runs toward the drain, and it includes a very nice sink grid (sink grids can get very pricey and if they are not included, it's hard to find one that fits perfectly that doesn't cost a small fortune). I have an InSinkerator, so did not need the included drain cover and basket - but they look MUCH better than the InSinkerator drain ;). Note, the sink is very heavy.
