Well, im sorry to say that the stool didn't function after i put it together. I pushed the lever and the seat went to its highest point snd wouldn't adjust down to the level i needed. Im trying to get advice on it or will try to replace it. Addendum. The adjustments are great - I love that it leans back with some resistance. Good for lower back support and stretching. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it’s taller than I expected, so just double check this is the right height for you.
