It’s comfortable, has good lumbar support and not too much head support which my neck likes. As others have said, it won’t stay fully back in the reclined position which is ok. I just watch tv in it. It’s not a huge recliner which is good. There are, however some marks on one arm that should not be there. It’d be a huge problem to return it. I have received a lot of great chairs from Wayfair, and this is one of them. There is nothing like a top grain leather chair well made. This is not an oversized or bulky chair, rather more streamlined and modern looking. Everyone in the family tried it and fit comfortably. The side arms are a nice medium stained solid wood that looks lovely with the black leather. I have it next to a dark grey sofa and it looks great. It is well made, and it took me about 45 minutes to an hour to put it together by myself. It was heavy I suppose because of the push back mechanism underneath it. There was a lot of bolts to secure for the side sections. It was all on a metal panels and difficult to match up the holes. That is what took so much time. Also, it was a tiny area to fit your hand in and turn the screw. It was not hard, but very awkward. Eventually, it all came together nicely. It has this mid century feel, and would look nice anywhere. The cushion is a high density foam and nicely firm. I think it will hold up over time. I did A LOT of research before buying this chair, and I am happy with my purchase. It came in 1 decently packed box. The assembly took 5 minutes, and we are very happy with it so far! It is not a huge, oversized chair - but that's great because we needed something that would pair nicely with our existing living room furniture without swallowing up the room. My only concern is keeping it clean with 2 teenage boys...but we shall see. It looks like it can be spot cleaned pretty well, but time will tell. I also would've loved it be just a wee bit darker beige, but it is a nice creamy color (in pics the view from behind is more accurate color in person). Fantastic, exactly what I was searching for. These chairs were easy to assemble, the fabric has a nice soft feel. I was worried because a few reviews said they were shiny and they arent. These chairs would probably be 1000 each in a furniture store, we paid less than that with tax for 2. They are heavy ( I wouldnt want to carry them upstairs - they come in 1 box) and feel like quality. My husband is 62 and 275 lbs . He can lean backrecline and the chair is stable. He likes the chairs as much as I do. The chair backs are a good height from the seat. Allowing you to rest your head to take the pressure off your neck.
