I searched a long time for a storage bench that would fit at least three or four couch pillows so when theyre not in use I could put them in there and not have my pets ruin them. I also have a short wall, so I needed something not as wide, which is very difficult to find. I love that it came as one piece and I only had to screw on the feet. Also in the pictures on the website the feet look black but theyre actually a very dark brown which I was happy to see. (Ignore my half-painted wall in my pic ...still in progress lol.) This storage ottoman is very nice. It looks great in my office under the window. I use it to store hats, scarves, mittens and gloves. My dog uses it as a perch to conduct her neighborhood watch. My only critique is that the directions are terrible. It’s not that it was hard to put together, but there were these little round plastic discs and no clear purpose for them.
