Ordered a cover after paying almost $1000 to have the firepit propane pipes replaced, which had rusted from the water (rainfall) getting into the round burner (with holes where the flame comes out), and flowing down to rust the big pipes on the bottom of the firepit. I gave this order 2 star because the order was cancelled without notifying me. I called customer service and they told me the item was cancelled because the company didn’t deliver to Canada. Customer service said they would try reordering. I did finally received the item but it was a substitute. The log grate was several inches smaller and the bottom mess designed to hole the charcoal was missing. I called customer service to informed them that I had received the wrong item. They said the other item is not available but they can order the bottom part separately. It’s been several months since I made the original order and I’m still waiting for the bottom part to arrive. Wayfair sent me a $10 gift card for future purchases which will expire in February. I didn’t really care about the small compensation, I would have preferred getting the original order which was worth over $100.00 more than the substitute. Wayfair did offer a full refund which Is why I gave it a 2 star review, but receiving a smaller log grate was better than no grate.. Michael. Manotick, ON. Sun Dec 10 2023
