We just received the item the other day, so I couldn’t really review the wear and tear. However, the shipping was fast and item came in as expected. Assembly was easy. Aesthetically, it looks sturdy and the different color bags is perfect to separate the laundry via colors. Unlike my last laundry basket, this was easy to roll to over carpet and unto the laundry room. I am 5’5” so reaching down to the bottom of the bags was not a problem. I am a bit disappointed, I just unboxed this and started assembling it. I got to the step to put the laundry bags on the “drawer” slide and the last one was broken. One of the rails was broken and the bad cannot Velcro around it. Otherwise , I really like this . I’m hoping the company can send me a replacement B piece so I don’t have to return the whole thing. UPDATE!! Customer service was amazing and I received a message from the vendor saying they could replace the broken piece.
