These metal shelves are fantastic, they are strong and being metal they don't start to sag like plastic or wood shelves. They are super easy and fast to assemble and this shelf in particular has double markings at certain intervals to make it easy to place the clips for even shelves, usually you have to count lines to make sure you get the plastic brackets in the right place but the double lines made it so easy. I really like the look of this cabinet! I got it to house my purses. It fit perfectly into my entry closet, although I had to finish constructing it inside the closet, which was tricky. The wood is solid and really nice, but I could not get all the screws super tight, and a couple of them stripped. I wish it came in more finishes, as I would have liked it to match the floor.. Dawn. This unit has 11” deep shelves, not as 9.5” described. It is identical to another I purchased elsewhere at a lower price, but I will just keep it as it will work okay in my space. It is a pretty nice unit, but not easy to put together because it uses “cam locks” which I find hard to get to work well. The finish is beautiful, the curved arch detail very nice, so overall if you get everything tight it is a nice unit. The top is wood, the rest very soft manufactured wood.. Margaret. Morristown, NJ.
