I am very happy with how this sunroom came out. It seems pretty durable. I will have to see how it holds up to the snow. This wasn't fun to assemble at all! I absolutely adore my new four-season gazebo! It’s spacious, sturdy, and incredibly strong. I secured the post using heavy-duty bolts on a reinforced deck foundation. The instructions were not the most user-friendly, but since I’m quite handy with assembling things, I managed to comprehend most of the directions. However, I can understand how some people might find it challenging. Lastly, please don’t be like me and attempt to assemble this gazebo on your own. This is perfect and was a great weekday 2 person project to put together and adhere to the house. It's an elegant color/texture, and functions perfect for our needs. The door is loud when shutting it with the metal on metal contact. Absolutely stunning! The only complaint we have is the assembly. The roof was very difficult to put together and I highly recommend having at least four people to help. There were only two of us and it took 20 hours in two days. The tools provided were an Allen wrench and another tool to hold the bolts. Well it is somewhat disappointing. Super hot from the sun. But the install they Wayfair is questionable at best. Although the guys were really nice they didn’t even use the correct screwsetc. See photos. The end piece fell off the next day and the trim is falling off, the ceiling isn’t even screwed in in places, scres are just missing in the entry area, the screen is defective seems to have been doubled back on itself and n entire row is missing..
