While time consuming, the bed itself isn't hard to put together. If you have help you'll definitely finish faster. Took me an hour and I'm a woman. Only one flaw; the plugs are positioned in a way that two phone chargers can't be plugged together. One phone charger and my MacBook's plug can't coexist either, could've easily been solved by separating the outlets a tiny bit. Such a small detail that could've made this bed perfect otherwise. First photo, phone charger barely connects (it's lifted). Second photo, phone charged and MacBook charger can't be plugged together, as you can see the MacBook charger is making a false contact (no power). This is an elegant, beautiful piece. My only peeve is that it is made of composite wood except for the 5 legs. The description is misleading. Oooooohhhhh I’m in love! This nightstand is absolutely stunning. A perfect 10 in every way. I haven’t been excited about an end table, ever, so this one must be special. I got the beige one and the pictures did not do it justice. Not even close. The fabric is a creamy soft, pearl velvet that shimmers. The tufting gives it that texture and dimension that gives it a lot of depth. Let’s talk about those crystals! Wow are they amazing! There are crystals at the point of each tuft and two gorgeous crystal pulls for the drawers. Even my pictures don’t do it justice. I was trying to capture the shimmer to the fabric, the depth and dimension, but until you set your eyes on it, you will say “I’m sure glad I read Jennifer, from Murrieta’s review!” Truly, I can’t speak to the black one (although I’m certain it is just as stunning!) but the beige one is glamorous and sophisticated, fun and almost funky. If you are shopping for the primary suite or the guest room, this end table will knock your socks off. It did mine! Excellent quality and built very well. Oh and assembly was so easy! All I had to do is put the feet on. That’s it. Took me five minutes and I can barely use a screwdriver. It arrived in one day and it was packed really well. I was surprised that it was bigger and taller than I had expected which was great. When the big heavy box arrived I was excited. It took me a little while to get it out of the box because it was packed so tightly. It’s substantial and has good weight to it. I promise you will like this table as much, if not more, than I do.. Nice solid piece, very sturdy. Would definitely recommend. not sure if you can see, but they just as a glass piece with a center hole on the top versus the two holes needed to attach the glass to the bracket. It was also missing a hole where needed to attach one of the shelving.. the first picture with a circle show you the hole in the center and the brackets that have no holes to attach the bolts. The second picture shows you what it should look like cause I bought two.. very disappointed had to keep because of the issues that related to the delay of delivery. Wasn’t bad to put together. The instructions for the hydraulic lift need to be redone, look for the insert stuffed in the back and also had to google how to get the hydraulics to unstick at first. Literally the worst, if you drop water on it , the night stand or dresser it will lift and have bubbles, my baby was sick so i put a humidifier on my night stand in the morning when i come to take off the humidity there was a big bubble on the wood. Good but not great. - Bad amount of interior space. You can see from my pictures that there 2 to 3 inches of dead space between drawers. So it holds a lot LESS than you think it will. I bought this to replace a cabinet only 40 of this things height, and the contents take up 75 of the drawer space. So you get a lot less storage that you think you will - Fully assembled is a huge plus, but this makes it SUPER HEAVY (140 lbs). I live alone and struggled to get this inside, despite it being just 10 feet from delivery point to final placement.
