Unfortunately, one component was damaged during shipping and a part was missing when the package arrived. I reached out to customer service and was impressed with how quickly they responded and shipped the replacement. The issue was resolved without any hassle. The bentwood frame looks beautiful in person, and the cushions are supportive while still being comfortable. Solid price compared to other resellers. Although slightly uneven at the legs, it is still solid and well made. I did notice that the upholstery on the back was able to come off due to loose screws, which means that you can eventually replace only the upholstery if need be, however, I did manage to stress the wood by screwing it too tightly, which I am not happy about. I really like this chair. It’s pretty sturdy and was easy to put together. However, be very careful attaching the sides of the chair and lining up the holes (which should face the inside). I used a pillow between the floor and seat of the chair to give me the height I needed to screw the seat into the rest of the frame. Otherwise, you would need an extra set of hands. I got this chair to fit under my desk. The height of the space under my desk is 22.75”. The first two inches of the arms fit under my desk but the rest didn’t so for that reason I will be returning it. Other than that the quality of the chair received is great. I love the cushion of the chair itself and bought it for that reason as well as the design. I would have liked a bit more upper back support but it is comfortable as is for a more relaxed space.
