There are straps in each corner to keep it from sliding around. They easily slipped out but I decided to run them beneath the bed frame and now they stay in place. This topper is perfect for my partner and i. He likes it firm and i prefer squishy and soft. there is definitely a difference between the sides but not so noticeable that it feels weird in the middle. we were considering getting a split king and this was the perfect solution. the straps are really nice to keep it in place on the bed!.
