10 feet is really tall! I am disappointed that the top section of my tree is not straight, so that when attached to the bottom, the tree does not stand erect but slants noticeably. I bought this to replace my much smaller Easter tree, that I put wood ornaments (Mostly painted wood eggs) on. The tiny fairy lights entwined on the branches are a nice addition for evening viewing. It has a glittery finish as well. I like that this one can be plugged in, which is what I want. I will need to put something on the base to weigh it down, as it is fairly lightweight, so it won't tip over when decorated.
