I had to modify it a little. They have a machine screw they use to go into the cabinet. I use a wood screw to attach mine. You can't unthread the machine screw so I used a dremal saw to remove it. Otherwise, it is the right color and fit.. Frank. Auburn, NH. Mon Mar 02 2026

This 1/2 Inch overlay single demountable hinge is a great replacement or upgrade to your existing cabinetry. These are hinges are for retrofit only. Uses slots mortised into door for simple door installation and removal; simply loosen or tighten the clamps as needed. Especially handy for frequent door removal or cleaning, or if staining or painting your cabinets will occur after installation.
