Lights arrived packed properly And all of them do work properly. The ability to tilt the lights is a great feature. If you choose to keep them flush they do not look as if they are tiltable which is a more high-end look. The multi-choice Kelvin feature is very helpful. If you're looking for a 2-3/4" center to center, you should just get these. There are so few styles available on the market, and these are well made. I bought the darkest option (which isn't represented in the pictures). It's a matte finish, and it calms the eye when you back up and take in the large view of the room. The darker ones I got give a little bit of a Mission or Shaker style feel. I've installed about 8 of the 28 so far. One point I want to mention is that if you're installing them vertically, their visual width changes depending on what angle you're looking at it from. If I'm looking at a pair of them, like for cabinets that open up from the center with a handle on each side, one of them will look narrower than the other one just from the perspective of your view. I am very pleased with these recessed LED lights. The housing is strong and not flimsy at all, I was a little scared they might not be a good quality product, but I was wrong.
